SpecificsThis suite located at 4501 Ryegate Dr Raleigh, NC 27604, has a private entrance, with fully stocked kitchen and bath. 2 furnished bedrooms with queen beds & 1 twin. There is a large Den with 3 sofas, a recliner, a 50 inch smart Roku TV, and a fireplace. One sofa folds out to a double bed while another is a double Futon. 2 additional Queen luxury thick Futons provide beds for a total of 8-10 with optional twin floor mattress. Space for dining or relaxing.
The beautiful patio is just outside your door for relaxing in the hammock beside a waterfall or grill out with a table for 8. Other unique items that may interest you are the kids' fort and trampoline. Parking is free at the top of the driveway, is just a few steps from your own private entrance below the upper deck. |

Day or night you can check yourself in. The entrance is few steps from your parking at the top of the driveway in the rear of the home. Just follow the rope lights attached to the deck under the upper deck. The door has a coded lock so you and your guests will not need a key. |

Neighborhood |
Our neighborhood was built in the 70's and is quiet. The neighbors know one another, frequently walk around the neighborhood and watch out for each other. Interestingly this neighborhood has a very integrated demographic mix. There are people from every continent as well a some "old timers" who have been here since the neighborhood was built.

We keep it cool, usually 65-70. If you have other preferences, let us know so we can adjust the temp. There is a Laundry room with detergent for you to use. The water heater is large capacity and reheats quickly. Please feel free to enjoy the snacks and water provided.
