This is a non smoking facility both inside and out. Please refrain from smoking on the premises.
2. We live upstairs, and as such we are very careful to not make noise for your stay. We will not be offended if you remind us that you are resting, we want to be mindful of your rest and comfort.
3. Currently the AC is controlled from the thermostat upstairs. We do our best to maintain the temperature 
downstairs at about 70. We personally like it very cool and would be more than happy to cool it more for you if
you like.
4. If you feel that it is too cool for your liking please feel free to use one of the convection heaters provided in each
bedroom.
