​We'd love for you to stay in our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Mother-in-law suite. This full basement suite has a living room with 3 sofas, a large screen TV, and a fireplace on one side and 2 queen beds on the other. Guests enjoy a private entryway, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. There is space for dining or relaxing, a patio for grilling or play. This is the lower level of our split level home and has its own separate entrance.
The house is located in the Northshore neighborhood just off New Hope Church Road. 

From I-540:
Head southwest on US-1 S/Capital Blvd for 2.8 mi.
Pass by Taco Bell (on the left in 2.1 mi)
Turn right onto New Hope Church Rd and drive 0.4 mi.
Turn right onto Pittsford Rd for 0.1 mi. 
Turn right onto Ryegate Dr for .2 miles. 4501 Ryegate Drive will be on the left.

From I-440:
Head northeast on Capital Blvd toward Appliance Ct for 1.9 mi.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto New Hope Church Rd and drive 0.4 mi.
Turn right onto Pittsford Rd and drive 0.1 mi.
Turn right onto Ryegate Dr for .2 miles. 
4501 Ryegate Drive will be on the left.
