My group will not need the basement.
The basement is recently remodeled and offers 3 sofa beds (for up to 5 sleeping spaces), a large screen tv, kitchenette and a full bathroom. If you made your booking after April 30, 2024, your reservation will include access to the basement as you saw it in the listing when you booked. If your reservation was made prior to April 30, 2024, you can access the basement for an additional cleaning fee of $100. This is payable through venmo, or zelle. Please contact us at 919-345-9667 to make arrangements.
